In this all-level class, you are encouraged to follow your body, your breath, and your own rhythm. Strong or slow flow? It’s really up to you. With attention to alignment and breath awareness, clear instructions, and modifications, this class will welcome pure fresh, or long-time practitioners. 

Get ready to connect to yourself, recharge your batteries, relax, or, maybe, only move and sweat. And that’s also fine! Your yoga mat is a place where you don’t need to worry about anything else but yourself. It’s a safe space to dive within.

Don’t worry about touching your toes, standing on your head, or even on your feet. This is what it’s all about: not worrying. Just be there, breathe, and enjoy the experience.
