Giving birth is described to be one of the most intense experiences a person might have throughout their lives. Your body, your routine, and your life will change. And yoga can support you during such a special and delicate period of your life. 

Considering each body is different and that each birth experience is unique, I offer private, tailor-made sessions suited to each individual depending on their own recovery, availability, and expectations.

When can you go back to practicing yoga after childbirth? From day 0! Yes, you read it right! From the day you give birth, there are appropriate and gentle yoga practices you can do to support your body and mind on this big moment. And as time goes by after birth, these practices evolve respecting your body’s recovery. We will, together, build up your strength and find balance again.

15-minute sessions

From weekly to every day, whatever fits your life at the moment. No matter your choice, you will receive the recording of every session to practice whenever you find some time for yourself.

30 to 60-minute classes

Once you can find a little bit of a routine again and your body is getting stronger, classes can be longer. Again, at the times that suit you best.
