What style of yoga do you teach?
I teach Vinyasa yoga and variations of it, like Strong Flow and Restorative Flow.
When can I follow the classes?
Find here my fixed schedule, but also keep an eye on my Instagram @inyogaout for extra weekly classes.
In what language are the classes held?
All classes are taught in english.
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
The classes are meant for all levels unless it specifically states differently. No matter if you're an experienced yogi, if you're starting to unveil this weird-posture-breathing world or if it's your first time ever, the teacher is there to help and guide you. After all, it's not about being able to practice a difficult posture, it’s all about the journey to get there and what you learn on the way.
How much does it cost?
It depends on where you will join my classes, have a look at the schedule on how to book your class.
Where are the classes?
As I don’t own a studio, I teach classes in different locations around town. You can currently find me at Health Club Jordaan Yoga, Yagoy West and Basic-Fit Stadhouderskade. Check out the schedule for times and how to book your class.
Will you have more classes available during the week?
That's the plan! We encourage students to have a regular practice to get the best out of yoga. No matter where. Sign up for the newsletter to know when I’ll have new classes in schedule.
Do I need to bring something to the class?
Good vibes :) Your own towel is advisable, but you can borrow a mat in the studios if you don't feel like carrying yours.
